This report uses input from library staff; visual evaluations; and planning documents developed by the Wisconsin Division for Libraries and Technology’s Public library Development Team; along with peer comparisons to make recommendations on the space needs of the library. Based upon review of the data, itis very apparent additional library space is needed.

  • Overall condition of exterior and interior wall
    • As of the date of the report writing, insurance adjuster and contractors have been reviewing the damage. (See insurance adjuster report)

    • Limited storage
    • Limited staff workspace
    • Children’s and Teen areas are undersized
